Who Can Request a Refund or Exchange?
Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Personalized or custom items can only be refunded if they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return or Refund
Email us at yankeemakeinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a Return Authorization (RAE) number if needed.
Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
If you have a RAE number, please clearly mark it on the outside of the package.

Shipping & Responsibility
If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
For other reasons, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Processing & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

Exchange Policy
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
